Day 01: Arrive Mumbai  Today you will arrive at Mumbai International airport. Meet and transfer to hotel.Day 02: Mumbai After breakfast, excursion by motor launch to Elephanta Caves. Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Mumbai. Day 03: Mumbai/Bangalore by flight Transfer to airport in time for your flight to Bangalore. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour of Bangalore. Day 04: Bangalore/Mysore by car This morning you would travel by car to Mysore. On the way you would stop and visit Srirangapatnam – the summer capital of Tipu Sultan. Afternoon tour of Mysore Palace and city.  Day 05: Mysore/Bangalore by carMorning visit Somnathpur. Afternoon drive back to Bangalore. Day 06: Bangalore/Cochin by flight Take a short flight to Cochin. Transfer to hotel. Day 07: Cochin Morning city tour of Cochin visiting Jewish Synagogue (closed on Friday afternoon and Saturday), Chinese Fishing Nets and Dutch Palace (closed on Friday). Afternoon backwaters cruise. Day 08: Cochin/Periyar by car Drive to Thekkedy and check in at hotel. Afternoon visit Periyar National Park by boat.  Day 09: Periyar/Madurai by carMorning visit spice plantation. After breakfast leave for Madurai. Evening witness closing ceremony at Meenakshi Temple. Day 10: Madurai Morning tour of Meenakshi Temple and Palace of Nayak Tirumala. Afternoon free. Day 11: Madurai-Trichy by car Drive from Madurai to Trichy by car. On the way you would stop at Tanjore to see the highlights of Tanjore especially its paintings. Afternoon city tour of Trichy – The Rock Fort and Temple of Thousand Pillars. Day 12: Trichy-Chennai by flight Morning at leisure. Take a short flight to Trichy. Rest of the day is free.  Day 13: Chennai Morning city tour of Chennai – the Museum, Fort St. James and Marina Beach. Afternoon free. Day 14: Kancheepuram and Mahabalipuram Full day trip to the temples of Kancheepuram and Mahabalipuram. Late evening return to Chennai. Day 15: Depart Chennai - by international flight. Check-out is 12 noon. Transfer to airport in time for flight to next destination.
