Bhopal
 Bhopal is a central region Indian city and also the capital city of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The city has made a mark of itself as the city of lakes, and boasts of a captivating blend of natural scenic splendour and prosperous history. It is well on its way of modernity and has superbly wrapped up industrialization.
A travel to Bhopal surely takes travellers to the splendour and grandeur of the Nawab era. The city seeks it origin and history to the 11th century AD, and saw the foundation being laid down by King Bhoja. Two lakes dominate the city and its life and also have earned the name the 'city of lakes'. As the city of lake, the Upper Lake with an area of about 6 square kilometers is split from the Lower Lake by an over bridge. A Zoo called Van Vihar and a fish shaped aquarium could well be seen just closest to the Lake. Travellers also enjoy boating facilities and relish their stay at the lake.
